How much will shipping be? Where do you ship?
Shipping is FREE within the contiguous US. Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses is $59. Shipping to Canada is $79 (additional duties may apply). We are currently working on international shipping.
What comes with the Leo Mat™?
The Leo Mat will come with 4 pieces that all have the same density foam. 2- Tri fold Mats (3 foam pieces per mat, 6 total cushions)

What is the Leo Mat™ made out of?
All of the Leo Mat pieces are made out of certified, flexible polyurethane CertiPUR-US foam. It is a high-density foam that is longer-lasting and lightweight. Offering that delicate balance of softness and strength! Our covers are made from a premium, super soft microsuede that is double stitched with sturdy YKK zippers! Microsuede breathes like cotton. It's cozy and warm in the winter, but is also cool and dry in the summer. It is soft, pet-friendly, stain-resistant, and easy to care for!

Is the Leo Mat™ safe?
The short answer, is YES! We use certified, flexible polyurethane foam that has been certified through CertiPUR-US. This means it is made without ozone depleters, PBDEs, PFAS, PFOS, TDCPP or TCEP flame retardants, mercury, lead and other heavy metals, formaldehyde, phthalates and is low VOC for healthy indoor air.

Where is the Leo Mat™ made?
The Leo Mat is designed in California and shipped from Utah, USA. The foam in the Leo Mat is certified through CertiPUR-US and we have partnered with an accredited overseas manufacturer.
Can I leave the Leo Mat™ in the box?
The Leo Mat has been holding its breath throughout its journey in tightly compressed packaging. We suggest letting it out to breathe as soon as you can to regain its original shape. Please allow at least one week for the foam to completely decompress! Playing and jumping on your LeoMat will help speed up this process! To help with any wrinkles, you can put your covers in the wash. LEO MATs include a limited warranty that covers only original LEO MATs that are purchased from us directly on the LEO MAT website. The warranty applies for a time period of six (6) months from the time of delivery (“Warranty Period”). Leo Mats left in their box for longer than sixty (60) days from delivery will not be covered by our limited warranty.
What's your return policy? What if my Leo Mat arrives damaged?
At the moment, we do not accept any returns. That aside, please inspect your Leo Mat immediately upon opening and if your product arrives with any of the following concerns - color mix up, stains, fabric rips or holes - the following must be reported within 24 hours of receipt by emailing leoplaymat@gmail.com
What if I receive the wrong style?
Please open one side of the box to double check you received the correct style before unboxing your entire Leo Mat. If you find it’s the incorrect style - please email us immediately for an exchange. Your Leo Mat must still be in the box in order do an exchange!

How firm is the Leo Mat™?
In simple words, the Leo Mat has a medium to firm density foam. All 4 of the Leo Mat pieces are made out of the same density foam, offering that delicate balance of softness and strength! Making those builds sturdier and stronger, yet, keeping lounging comfortable!
Can the Leo Mat™ covers be washed?
Absolutely! The Leo Mat cover is made out of microsuede that is pet-friendly, stain-resistant, and easy to care for! We use sturdy YKK zippers on every piece!
Our covers are machine washable. We suggest washing it alone, on cold (NOT hot)! Tumble dry low. Do NOT use bleach. Any initial wrinkles in the fabric after unboxing will disappear with time and use but washing the covers will also expedite this process!
Does the Leo Mat™ have a weight limit?
Nope! All are welcome! There is NO weight limit for the Leo Mat. Fun can be had for all ages, shapes and sizes. So whether it be a kids fort or a family night crash pad, the Leo Mat can hold its weight.
