Shipping policy

LeoMat Shipping Policy
Effective Date: August 3, 2025

At LeoMat, we strive to process and ship your orders quickly and reliably. Please review the information below for details on our shipping timelines, rates, and procedures.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days.
  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • All products ship from our fulfillment center in Utah.

2. Shipping Methods

  • We ship exclusively via UPS Ground.
  • Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
  • Typical delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
  • All orders receive tracking information via email once the order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Continental U.S.: Shipping is FREE on all orders.
  • Hawaii & Puerto Rico: Flat-rate shipping of $99.
  • Alaska: We do not currently ship to Alaska.
  • Canada: We offer international shipping to Canada via UPS for a flat rate of $99.

4. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, email us promptly at leoplaymat@gmail.com with the corrected address.
  • Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address submissions.

5. Order Delays or Out-of-Stock Notices

  • While we do not currently backorder items, in the rare case that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately to issue a full refund.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 10 days of delivery at leoplaymat@gmail.com.
  • We’ll work with UPS to investigate the issue.
  • If the package was damaged in transit or arrives defective, we will issue a full refund or replacement as appropriate.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our product (foam-based builds), we are unable to accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

  • If you notice a defect upon delivery—before the foam is unwrapped or expanded—please reach out to us immediately.
  • We will happily issue a refund or replacement for defective or incorrect items.
