Refund policy

LeoMat Return Policy
Effective Date: August 3, 2025

Due to the nature of our product, LeoMat does not accept returns on any orders. All purchases are final.

Our products are made with premium materials and carefully inspected prior to shipping. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, please review the following resolution guidelines.


1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Upon receiving your Leo Mat, please inspect your order immediately and contact us within 24 hours if you experience any of the following:

  • Incorrect item or color
  • Stains or visible fabric flaws
  • Tears, rips, or holes in the material

To report an issue, email us at leoplaymat@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or error

We will review all claims within 2–3 business days and provide a resolution, which may include a full refund or replacement if the product is deemed defective.


2. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, expanded, or assembled.
  • Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
  • Due to the size and nature of the foam product, all sales are considered final.

3. Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged or appears to have been opened during transit:

  • Take photos of the packaging before opening
  • Retain all original packaging materials
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

We’ll work directly with UPS to assess the issue and determine a solution.
